At Gaddani, each product is handcrafted and custom-made, ensuring the highest quality. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we follow a strict no-refund policy, except in the following cases:

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Refunds are only offered if:

You receive the wrong product (size, style, or color).
The item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit.
To qualify, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Custom-made products 
Minor variations in color or texture.
Used, altered, or improperly handled items.

EXCHANGE & ALTERATIONS
Alterations are available for custom garment only.
Size exchange for footwear (subject to availability).
